- After having viewed your premise and inspected the accounts we will advise you on the best possible realistic figure at which to market your business.
- We will then discuss with you our marketing techniques and advise on our very reasonable fees.
- Upon your instructions to sell we will prepare professional property particulars with full colour photographs outlining the details of your concern.
The Selling Process
- Your property details will be added to our comprehensive list of businesses for sale which is circulated to many interested parties.
- Your property details added to this website where many enquiries are now being forwarded.
- Your property details run through our extensive mailing list.
- Appointments are then arranged by us at a convenient time to suit you to show prospective buyers around.
- Offers of purchase are made to us here and we will then contact yourself to agree a figure. Buyers are further vetted to ascertain their commitment and ability to purchase.
Once a Sale Has Been Agreed
- Solicitors are instructed with a memorandum of sale outlining all the points of the sale. We can recommend to both buyers and sellers specialist commercial Solicitors.
- If references have to be taken up for the landlords purpose we will arrange this.
- We liaise with all parties during the conveyancing making sure that things keep moving and dealing with any problems that may arise.
- If stock takers are required we can recommend suitable companies who will provide a professional stock take.
- Contracts are exchanged and a completion date set.
